Section 1

Free Bontou research and imaginative proposals

“Invent an Unfair Way to Grow Your Business” delivers three AI-generated creative proposals based on your confirmed Business Passport and acquisition challenge. Ideas, possible experiments and commercial effects are hypotheses—not established facts, verified market demand, guaranteed originality, professional advice or permission to execute. Review legal, safety, privacy, intellectual-property and consent requirements before acting. The free offer has its own finite operating budget, emergency pause and one-request-per-owner/business allowance. No payment, outreach, posting, booking or field experiment occurs on your behalf. Delivery and explicit buyer acceptance remain separate.

“Find 5 People Writing About Your Industry” is operated by AutoDeck LLC through Bontou (Ken Outcomes Studio), not an independent seller. It costs $0, requires no card, subscription, Stripe payment, transfer or marketplace fee.

An authenticated business owner authorizes an agent, confirms their Business Passport, and explicitly approves the free request and public research. Initially one request is available per owner/business, subject to the shared operating budget and emergency pause. Do not create extra identities or businesses to evade that restriction. Failed or interrupted research does not authorize unlimited retries.

The report features up to five distinct writers from up to ten discoveries within a requested 90-day window. Fewer matches, unavailable excerpts, uncertain dates and related discoveries are disclosed. It supplies source links, available writing evidence and suggested discussion openings, not guaranteed coverage, responses, introductions or business results. Suggestions are not assertions of an existing relationship or your expertise.

Other published free research offers may identify audience destinations or potential referral partners from public sources. Their exact $0 contract defines the scope. A destination is not a promise of current activity or membership; a potential partner is not an established relationship or willingness to refer. We do not contact, join or post on your behalf. The initial allowance is one request per eligible owner/business per offer, with separate budget reservations and emergency pauses. Fewer than five qualifying matches may be delivered, with limitations clearly stated.

Delivery and buyer acceptance are separate. Your agent may accept or reject the exact delivered report only under your explicit delegation. Silence is not acceptance for this free offer. Preserve the report’s qualifications, respect publisher rights and restrictions, and read the original before using an opening. Reports and business inputs are private to your authorized business; source articles remain subject to their publishers’ terms.

Section 2

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of bontou! (“bontou!”, “we”, “us”) and govern the website, applications, marketplace, payment workflows, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account, clicking to accept a contract, funding a cycle, publishing a rate, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you use the Platform for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. The organization is responsible for its members, credentials, and activity. The Platform is designed for business use and is not intended for consumer household purchases.

Additional terms shown in an order, quote, outcome contract, change order, policy, or provider agreement become part of your agreement when accepted. If they conflict, the more specific transaction terms control for that transaction, followed by these Terms.

Section 3

How the marketplace works

bontou! provides a marketplace where buyers can purchase defined business outcomes from independent providers. Unless we expressly say otherwise in a transaction, bontou! is not the buyer, provider, employer, staffing firm, agent, fiduciary, joint venturer, or party to the service contract between users. We do not direct how providers perform their work.

Providers decide whether to offer or accept work, their methods, personnel, location, schedule, and business expenses, subject to the accepted outcome contract and law. Providers are responsible for licenses, insurance, registrations, wages, benefits, taxes, and legal compliance. Nothing on the Platform creates employment or guarantees any volume of work, earnings, customers, meetings, revenue, or other result.

We may facilitate matching, contract records, evidence collection, review, payments, refunds, and disputes. Those functions do not make us the provider of the underlying services or a general guarantor of either party.

Section 4

Accounts, passports, and truthful information

You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. Buyer and provider passports, approved claims, target-customer information, methods, exclusions, capacities, rates, and connected accounts must remain accurate. Public provider information may be visible to anyone.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account and organization, including by invited members. Notify us promptly at legal@bontou.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer an account, impersonate another person, obscure ownership, or create accounts to evade restrictions.

We may verify identity, business status, authority, qualifications, or payment information directly or through service providers. Verification reduces risk but is not an endorsement or warranty.

Section 5

Quotes, outcome contracts, and changes

A displayed listing is an invitation to transact, not a guaranteed offer. Prices may reflect outcome type, quantity, buyer passport, complexity modifiers, taxes, provider capacity, and marketplace fees. Quotes expire as shown and may be corrected before activation for obvious errors.

A binding outcome contract forms only when the required parties accept the contract snapshot and any required funding is completed. The snapshot may include scope, unit definition, price, evidence requirements, capacity, exclusions, review window, cycle budget, and other transaction terms. Electronic acceptance and Platform records may be used as evidence of agreement.

Changes must use the Platform’s change-order process. Unless both parties accept a change, the existing contract remains in force. Accepted changes generally apply prospectively; they do not rewrite settled units unless the change expressly says so and applicable law permits.

Section 6

Delivery, evidence, and acceptance

Providers must deliver outcomes that satisfy the accepted definition and submit authentic, relevant evidence. Buyers must review evidence fairly and within the displayed review period. The current standard review period is 72 hours unless the transaction says otherwise.

An outcome may be accepted, rejected, sent back for more evidence, flagged for review, disputed, or reversed. Where a transaction provides for automatic acceptance after a review window, failure to act may be treated as acceptance, subject to fraud, duplicate submission, manifest error, chargeback, or mandatory law.

Source-system confirmation, corroboration, or Platform review supports administration of the contract but does not guarantee business quality, legality, attribution, or future performance. Users must preserve relevant records and must not fabricate, alter, duplicate, conceal, or improperly obtain evidence.

Section 7

Payments, fees, taxes, and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe and its affiliates. By using payment features, you also agree to applicable Stripe terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement for providers using Stripe Connect. Stripe may collect identity, bank, card, tax, and compliance information directly.

Buyers authorize charges for the displayed cycle budget, taxes, and fees. Funds may be committed in advance and released or transferred as outcomes are accepted. bontou! is not a bank, money transmitter, or escrow institution, and no Platform balance is a deposit account. Payment timing may be affected by processor holds, reserves, reviews, reversals, sanctions screening, and banking networks.

The buyer price includes the provider payout, Platform fee, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. The current marketplace fee may be displayed as 15%, but the controlling rate is the rate shown in the accepted quote. Providers authorize deduction of fees, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and amounts they owe. Each user is responsible for its own income, sales, use, value-added, withholding, payroll, and other taxes, except taxes we are legally required to collect or remit.

Providers must maintain an eligible connected payout account. We may delay or withhold payout where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, legal requirements, negative balances, sanctions, or processor restrictions.

Section 8

Pauses, cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks

Cancellation and pause rights are governed by the accepted contract and the status of the current cycle. A request to pause or end recurring work may take effect after the current funded cycle. Accepted or settled outcomes are generally non-refundable except for fraud, duplicate charge, material contract failure, or where law requires otherwise.

Unused, uncommitted cycle funds may be refunded after obligations, disputes, fees, and payment-processor costs are resolved. Refunds return to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times are controlled partly by financial institutions.

Before initiating a chargeback, a buyer should use the Platform dispute process where lawful. Abusive or false chargebacks are prohibited. A chargeback does not itself determine the contract dispute, and users remain responsible for valid amounts, evidence, fees, or negative balances.

Section 9

Disputes between buyers and providers

A participant may open a dispute for an eligible outcome and submit supporting information. We may hold transfers, request records, compare the accepted contract with evidence, and issue an administrative decision such as acceptance, rejection, refund, partial refund, or reversal.

Our marketplace review is designed to administer Platform payments; it is not a court or arbitration proceeding and does not provide legal advice. Unless transaction-specific terms expressly make a decision binding, users retain rights available under their contract and applicable law. We may decline review when evidence is unavailable, conduct occurred off Platform, a deadline passed, or the issue is outside Platform scope.

Users must cooperate honestly and keep dispute materials confidential except as needed for advisors, insurers, regulators, or legal proceedings. We may correct clerical or payment errors and act to comply with processor rules or law.

Section 10

Acceptable use and marketplace integrity

You may not use the Platform to:

  • break law, infringe rights, facilitate discrimination, deception, harassment, bribery, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or unlawful marketing;
  • buy or sell fake reviews, fake meetings, sham transactions, deceptive leads, manipulated metrics, regulated goods or services without authorization, or outcomes based on unauthorized data;
  • circumvent Platform fees or payment controls for a relationship introduced through bontou!, or solicit payment outside the Platform to avoid an active contract;
  • scrape, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, inject malware, bypass access controls, or use automated means except through authorized interfaces;
  • share credentials, submit confidential or personal data without authority, or use another party’s names, marks, content, or systems without permission; or
  • manipulate evidence, reviews, capacity, prices, matching, disputes, refunds, or referral activity.

Users are responsible for obtaining legally valid contact lists, consents, notices, suppression checks, and approvals for outreach. Prohibited methods in a buyer passport are binding contract constraints, not a substitute for legal compliance.

Section 11

Confidentiality, data, and intellectual property

Each party must protect nonpublic business, customer, security, and transaction information received through the Platform, use it only to perform or receive the contracted outcome, and disclose it only to personnel and vendors who need it and are bound to protect it. This does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed, already known without restriction, or lawfully received from another source.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant bontou! a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Platform, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and instructions to provide it.

The Platform, software, design, branding, and compilation are owned by bontou! or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the Platform for its intended business purpose. Ownership of provider deliverables is governed by the outcome contract; if it is silent, ownership does not transfer merely because payment is made, though the buyer receives a nonexclusive license necessary to use the accepted outcome.

Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact legal@bontou.com with enough detail for us to investigate.

Section 12

Third-party services and integrations

The Platform may connect to Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, calendars, commerce systems, workflow tools, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. You authorize us and the provider to access and exchange data through integrations you enable.

We do not control third-party availability, accuracy, security, or policy changes. We may suspend an integration that creates risk. You are responsible for permissions, configuration, and lawful use of connected systems.

Section 13

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform, subject to active contracts, funded cycles, disputes, and payment obligations. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access; unpublish listings; hold payouts; or remove content if we reasonably believe there is fraud, risk, nonpayment, legal exposure, processor restriction, harm to users, or a violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure or appeal. We may act immediately for urgent security, safety, legal, or financial risk. Termination does not erase accrued rights or obligations. Provisions concerning payments, taxes, confidentiality, intellectual property, disputes, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and records survive.

Section 14

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that any user is qualified or trustworthy, or that an outcome will produce revenue, customers, compliance, or any business result.

You are responsible for evaluating users, contracts, evidence, security, and legal requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Section 15

Limitation of liability and indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONTOU! AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS; OR THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER USER.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) Platform fees paid by you to bontou! during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. This cap does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or our obligation to remit funds we validly hold for you.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bontou! and its affiliates and personnel from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your services, content, evidence, taxes, personnel, legal violations, infringement, misuse of data, or breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice and allow you to control the defense, while retaining the right to participate.

Section 17

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or risk changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date; for material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted outcome contract unless required by law or agreed by the parties.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated terms are the entire agreement about the Platform.

Notices may be delivered through the Platform or to the email associated with your account. Legal questions may be sent to legal@bontou.com.
